Fix common issues with the bot, dashboard, and settings not applying.
Make sure Forum Crown has been invited to your server with the correct permissions. Go to your Discord server settings → Integrations and verify Forum Crown is listed. Also check that the bot is not banned or kicked.
Click the refresh icon (↻) in the Server Info panel on the sidebar. If channels still don't load, make sure Forum Crown has the "View Channels" permission in your server. The dashboard also auto-refreshes channels whenever you switch back to the browser tab.
Only servers where you have the "Manage Server" permission are shown. If you just added the bot to a new server, click the Refresh button on the server list page — the list also refreshes automatically when you switch back to the tab.
Check your internet connection and try again. If the error persists, make sure you're still logged in — your session may have expired. Log out and log back in, then try saving again.
Make sure Forum Crown has the "Add Reactions" permission in the forum channel. Also verify that reactions are configured in the Reactions tab, the bot is enabled in General settings, and the forum channel is selected in the managed channels list.
Check that Forum Crown has "Send Messages" and "Send Messages in Threads" permissions in the forum channel. Verify the Welcome feature is toggled on in the Welcome tab and the correct forums are selected.
Check that Forum Crown has "Manage Messages" permission in the forum channel. Also ensure the Word Filter toggle is on and the banned words are saved properly.
