Get alerted in a text channel whenever a new forum post is created.
Notifications send an alert to a designated text channel whenever a new forum post is created. This keeps your team or community informed without needing to constantly check every forum.
Go to the Notifications tab, select the text channel where alerts should be sent, then select which forum channels should trigger notifications. Save your settings.
Only text channels (not forum channels) appear in the notification channel dropdown.
Free servers can set up notifications for 1 forum channel. Boost Premium allows up to 2 forums. Paid Premium allows up to 15 forum channels with notifications.
Each notification includes the thread title, author, and a direct link to the post. Forum Crown sends these as clean embed messages so they stand out in your notification channel.
You can route notifications from multiple forum channels into the same text channel, making it a single activity feed for your whole community.
Forum Crown needs "Send Messages" and "Embed Links" permissions in the notification text channel. If notifications aren't arriving, verify those permissions are granted.
