Grant trusted roles the ability to bypass Forum Crown restrictions like cooldowns and filters.
Staff Roles are Discord roles that have elevated permissions within Forum Crown. Members with these roles can bypass restrictions like cooldowns and word filters.
Go to the Staff Roles tab and select roles from the dropdown. All roles in your server will appear in the list with their color indicators. Select one or more roles to designate as staff.
Members with a designated staff role bypass: post cooldowns, word filters, minimum post length requirements, and automod deletions. They can post freely without any restrictions.
Add your Moderator, Admin, or trusted community roles here. Avoid adding @everyone or roles given to all members, as that would effectively disable all restrictions for your entire community.
You can add as many staff roles as you need. Any member who has at least one of the designated staff roles will be granted bypass privileges.
