Forum Stats

View activity analytics for your forum channels — top posters, thread counts, and server-wide engagement.

What are Forum Stats?

Forum Crown automatically tracks forum activity across your server — new threads, replies, and unique participants. The Stats tab in the dashboard displays this data visually so you can understand which forums are most active and who your top contributors are.

What's Tracked

Forum Crown tracks: total thread count per forum, total messages and replies, unique authors who have posted, and per-user post totals across all managed forums. Data is collected passively as members post — no configuration required.

Dashboard Stats View

The Stats tab in the dashboard is read-only. It shows an at-a-glance overview of activity for each forum channel your server has configured. No settings need to be saved — data populates automatically.

Bot Stats Commands

Members can also access stats directly in Discord using slash commands. /stats forum — detailed breakdown for a specific forum channel. /stats top — leaderboard of the top 10 posters in the server. /stats me — your personal posting history across all forums. /stats server — an overall summary of forum health across the whole server.

💡

Stats commands are available to all members, not just admins. This makes leaderboards a great community engagement tool.

No Tier Limit

Forum Stats are available on all tiers — Free, Boost, and Paid. There are no usage limits on stat tracking or stat commands.
