By adding Forum Crown to your Discord server or using the web dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must remove the bot from your server and stop using all related services.

Forum Crown is a Discord bot and web dashboard designed to help server administrators manage Discord Forum Channels. Features include auto-reactions, welcome messages, notifications, automod, filtering, cooldowns, and customization tools.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by Discord's Terms of Service in your country) to use Forum Crown. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Forum Crown may only be used for lawful purposes and in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You may not use Forum Crown to harass, spam, or harm others; distribute malware or harmful content; bypass moderation systems; or circumvent any bot security measures.

Server owners and administrators are responsible for how Forum Crown is configured and used within their servers. Misconfiguration or misuse by server staff is the responsibility of the server owner. Forum Crown's operator is not liable for actions taken by server administrators.

Forum Crown collects server IDs, user IDs, server configuration settings, and premium data necessary to operate the service. Messages are read temporarily for features like word filtering — message content is not stored. All data is used only to operate Forum Crown and is never sold or shared with third parties.

Premium access may be granted through support server boosts or redeemable keys. Premium features are provided as-is and may change over time. The operator reserves the right to revoke premium access in cases of abuse or violation of these Terms. No monetary refunds are provided for premium access obtained via server boosts.

The operator may remove Forum Crown from your server, revoke premium access, or permanently ban users or servers from using the service at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or Discord's policies.

Forum Crown is provided on an "as available" basis. The operator does not guarantee 100% uptime and may perform maintenance or updates without notice. The operator is not responsible for any losses arising from service downtime.

Forum Crown is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service.

These Terms may be updated at any time. Significant changes will be announced in the Forum Crown support server. Continued use of Forum Crown after changes are announced constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
