1. Data Collected

• ·Server IDs and channel IDs — to identify which server and channels to manage
• ·User IDs — to track post authors, staff roles, and banned users
• ·Server configuration settings — forum rules, reactions, welcome messages, automod settings, etc.
• ·Premium and key data — to manage premium access
• ·Forum post statistics — post counts per forum and per user (no message content)
• ·Bot identity settings — custom nicknames, avatar/banner URLs set by server admins
• ·Message content — read temporarily in memory for word filter checks only; never stored

2. How We Use Your Data

• ·To operate Forum Crown features: auto-reactions, automod, welcome messages, notifications, etc.
• ·To manage premium access and validate keys
• ·To track forum activity statistics (post counts only)
• ·To enforce bot-level bans and server blacklists in cases of abuse
• ·We do not use your data for advertising, analytics sold to third parties, or any purpose unrelated to operating the bot

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

• ·Message content (messages are read in memory only for word filter — never stored)
• ·Voice or media data
• ·Email addresses or personal contact information
• ·Payment information (all premium is handled via Discord boosts or keys)
• ·Browsing history or device fingerprints

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties. Data is stored using Supabase (a third-party database provider) under their privacy and security standards. The bot operator is the only party with access to stored data.

5. Data Retention & Removal

Data is retained for as long as Forum Crown is active in your server. When Forum Crown leaves a server, its configuration data remains stored but inactive. To request full data deletion, contact us via the support server. Note that deleting data will reset all bot settings for your server.

6. Security

Data is stored securely using Supabase with encrypted connections. Only the bot operator has access to the database. We take reasonable technical precautions to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure — use at your own risk.

7. Web Dashboard & Cookies

The Forum Crown web dashboard uses a session cookie to keep you logged in via Discord OAuth2. This cookie contains a signed session token and expires after 7 days. No tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party advertising scripts are used.

8. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time. Significant changes will be announced in the Forum Crown support server. Continued use of Forum Crown after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
